Jazz is a style of dance performed on the The Next Step.

As of Season 8, there are four jazz dancers in A-Troupe: Anthony, Ethan, Heath and Jude.

History

Jazz originated from African American vernacular dance, with roots of Caribbean traditional dance.[1] Although a hit in the 1950s, it is still loved today.[1]
